Important Information
Late Submissions
Late submissions may be accepted until August 22, 2026, with a 50% additional fee. Contact the secretariat for approval.
Submission Timing
All deadlines are at 23:59 UTC. We recommend submitting well before the deadline to avoid technical issues.
Registration Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested before November 1, 2026, for a full refund. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
Early Bird Discount
Register before October 31, 2026, to receive a 20% discount on registration fees. Limited spots available!

- Prepare your full paper (5,000-8,000 words)
- Use the full paper template
- Have it reviewed by co-authors
- Submit your full paper
Before December 2, 2026
- Complete final registration
- Prepare presentation slides
- Arrange poster (if applicable)
- Travel to Basrah
