What is the registration deadline?
The final registration deadline is November 30, 2026. However, early bird rates apply until October 31, 2026.
Can I get a visa invitation letter?
Yes, international participants can request official invitation letters from the University of Basrah. Contact us at least 6 weeks before the conference.
Is there accommodation available?

What payment methods do you accept?
